Dear Colleagues,
I hope you all had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend with your family and friends!
I received a good number of replies from people who read the June 19th issue of Across My Desk, so make sure you check out the feedback in the “Question of the Week” section from June 19th. I also continue to get feedback from the question of the week that asked; “Where were you 25 years ago? Let me know your recollections regarding the announcement of the new virus now called HIV/AIDS,” so please review the “Question of the Week” for June 5th, as there are new posts.
In this week’s “Question of the Week,” I ask about your experience with Alternative Therapy. If you do nothing else this week, check out the audio story that I highlight from NPR regarding Music Therapy. It was excellent and I hope you enjoy it!
Last, I hope you find the information from Across My Desk informative and relevant to your practice. If you have news to share, email me at allewellyn@dorlandhealth.com and I will post it on Across My Desk the following week. While you are on the site, take some time to check out the Case Management Resource Guide Online and once on the site, register for myCMRG.com so that you can build essential resources and better care for your patients.
Have a good week!
