What are you reading this summer at the beach, at the pool, or in your backyard?

I am currently reading 3 books! They include: The Pull of the Moon by Elizabeth Berg (great narrative re: restlessness of menopause); Because I Said So: Mothers Write About Children, Sex, Men, Aging, Faith, Race, and Themselves by Camille Peri and Kate Moses, and last but not least, Understanding the Fifth Edition AMA Guides to Impairment. (Yuck, but I have no choice!)

I am now reading a book that was sent to me as a gift called Life Is So Good by George Dawson and Richard Glubman. The book is about one man’s extraordinary journey through the 20th Century and how he learned to read at age 98. The other book I am reading is Paula by Isabelle Allende. Shortly before starting this I read The Year of Magical Thinking by Joan Didion.

Currently, I am reading Angels and Demons by Dan Brown. Prior to this book, I read Luann Rice’s new book, Sandcastles, which was great and Danielle’s Steel most recent paperback book entitled Miracle. I read to relax and escape by the pool and sometimes at night to fall asleep…..it works!
