As we turn the page on 2007, take a few moments to review your accomplishments and set goals for 2008 for your personal and professional development. My goal for 2008 is to continue to build a community where we are able to work together, share ideas and find creative ways that help you meet your individual goals.
My promise to you, the readers of Across My Desk, is to present creative products and information that challenge you to think critically and that foster your continued growth, both professionally and personally. We are a unique and dynamic group of individuals and are doing amazing things in the workplace, in our communities and within our families.
My request to you is that you continue to share your stories, your accomplishments and your challenges. By doing this, you allow me to keep my finger on the pulse of the industry and continue to bring relevant information that contributes to improvements in your practice, your career and your life.
